Bedtime Storie's, Every child should have a storie every night

To be a successful parent it is essential to get into a routine with your child, this way they easily understand where they stand and what they can get away with, and you must start this routine as early as passable, 6 to 8 weeks is a good time. You child will be much happier knowing what comes next in their day. Even when you have to stay at a strange house perhaps visiting friends or relatives you must keep to your routine, feeding time, bath time and bedtime

Bedtime can be a problem for parents so perhaps you can make bath time shortly before bedtime the warm water helps to make them sleepy and calm them down. Play a quite game, as you help them into their pajamas play with there favorite toy. Choose activities that calm them and not excite them, there is no point trying to put an excited baby to sleep. When it is getting near bedtime and your kid is hyper active change the tempo get them playing something calmer.

On the way to bed don't forget to say night night to any objects you pass on the way, make a fuss of their favorite teddy, get them settled into bed and read a STORY. i have always read my daughter a bedtime story and I know how much she looks forward to that story, even though she can read it herself she is 8 years old now. That chapter I read to her works like a sleeping pill to her.

A bedtime story every night when you put your child to bed is probably the top most gift you can give to your child, apart from you making the child very happy as they drop of to sleep, you are teaching them the first steps to reading, they follow the words, they begin to recognize the words as they follow the story with you, and as they get older their interest grow in story books and they soon start to look and read books by them self’s Reading is the foundational skill to an education and learning abilities. Reading and writing abilities will continue to develop all through life, but studies have proved that from birth to eight years old is the most important years for literacy development. It is a sad fact that only 5% of children learn to read effortlessly. So take a little time each night to read to your child and put them on the first steps of a good education, you will enjoy it they will love it, and you will be doing them a big favour.
